Natalie Spiro came to the USA from South Africa with incomparable credentials and impressive careers in Training, Marketing and Sales. With a Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology (registered Industrial Psychologist in South Africa) and an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Marketing, Natalie Spiro has worked for top global firms in Financial Services and Hospitality Industries. She has excelled in both the corporate world and run her own businesses; and has been involved in building and developing cross-cultural teams in marketplaces as diverse as post-apartheid South Africa (the beautiful Rainbow Nation). Today, she is inspired by what she does, therefore inspiring people each day through the power of drumming.   Drum Cafe West operates events in California, Arizona, Washington, Nevada, Oregon and Illinois. I manage sales activities and client relationships for Drum Cafe West. I am also a master facilitator for events, leading my team of talented musicians and drummers to inspire and energize companies across the US.
